Glenn D. began their career in 2011 as the Chief Legal & Government Affairs Officer and Member of the Management Board for Roshan. Glenn then joined Exarchou & Rosenberg International Law Firm Ltd. in 2011 as Commercial Legal Counsel. In 2013, they were the General/Sole Counsel for Event Software Solutions Ltd. & Lynx Stock Ltd. and the Group General Counsel, Head of Regulatory, and Member of the Executive Committee for East Africa Telecom (Roshan Group). In 2016, they were the Corporate Counsel (Consultant) for GSMA and in 2017 they were the General Counsel for Apollo Towers Myanmar. In 2020, they were the Lead Legal Counsel for NearbyComputing SL. In 2021, they were the Co-founder & Chief Legal Officer for Ultra UX and in 2022 they became the Co-founder & Chief Legal Officer for Pack2Earth.

Glenn D. attended Angelo State University from 1986 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science. From 1991 to 1994, they attended The University of Tulsa College of Law and obtained a Juris Doctor. During this time, they also studied International Law and Legal Studies in Slovakia at Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave in 1993, in Germany at Freie Universität Berlin in 1992, and in Greece at Tulane University Law School in 1992.
