Timothy Kent

Timothy Kent is an experienced organizer with a background in political campaigns and environmental advocacy. Currently serving as an Organizer at Food & Water Watch since February 2022, Timothy has previously worked with organizations such as New York Communities for Change and the New York City Mayoral Campaign, where outreach efforts included educating voters on Ranked Choice Voting and mobilizing grassroots support. Timothy completed a 40-hour solar PV installation workshop at RETI Center in early 2023, enhancing expertise in renewable energy systems. Additional experience includes roles as a paralegal at Weitz & Luxenberg PC and internship positions within local government and campaign settings. Timothy holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Drew University (2014-2018).
