Allen Salkin is an accomplished writer and author with extensive experience in various media. Currently a co-author at St. Martin's Press, Salkin is working on "The Method to the Madness," an oral history of Donald Trump's rise from 2000 to 2015. Salkin has been a freelance writer since 1994, contributing to a wide range of outlets, including Food & Wine and Vanity Fair. Notable works include "From Scratch: Inside the Food Network," published by Penguin Group USA, and contributions as a reporter for The New York Times. Salkin holds a Master's degree in Journalism from New York University and has also been involved in acting, traveling, and teaching.
