Andrew Zimmern is a prominent culinary expert and media personality, serving as the CEO of Food Works, Inc. since January 1997, where innovative content is produced across various media platforms, including notable publications and online channels. As the Creator, Host, and Executive Producer of Bizarre Foods since 2005, Zimmern has traveled worldwide to explore and share authentic culinary experiences. Additionally, Zimmern contributes to Food & Wine and serves as a contributing writer for Mpls. St. Furthermore, as co-owner of AZ Canteen since June 2012, a food truck offering unique menu items inspired by global culinary discoveries, Zimmern continues to influence the food landscape.
