Charmin Horton

Charmin Horton has over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as Manager at the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore since March 2003, with responsibilities that include fundraising, operations, event planning, marketing, public relations, and donor relations. Prior to this role, Charmin worked as a Legal Assistant and Collections Manager at John C. Lumpkin, P.C. from June 1993 to June 2003. Charmin completed a general education in Human Services from 2003 to 2015 and graduated from Bayside High School in 1992.
