Leslie Gordon

Leslie G. serves as President and CEO of Food Bank For New York City since March 2020, leading the organization during the COVID pandemic. Leslie is a rare Emmy Award-winning nonprofit leader recognized for contributions to TV production at the 65th New York Emmy Awards. Prior experience includes serving as President and CEO of Feeding Westchester, where Leslie was the chief strategist for a network of 300 partners, and holding senior positions at City Harvest, focusing on program strategy and operations. Leslie has also contributed to organizations such as Best Buddies International and America's Promise Alliance, working under General Colin Powell. Leslie holds a B.A. in Sociology from SUNY New Paltz and has had extensive involvement in various roles aimed at addressing hunger and promoting social responsibility.
