Currently serving as Senior Culinary Manager at Foodbuy USA since 2019, Susan has successfully implemented culinary solutions that generated a $1.4 million increase in volume allowance in one year. Previous roles include Director of Culinary for Chartwells School Dining Services K12, overseeing culinary operations for 550 school districts and $750 million in annual sales, and Director of Culinary Operational Support for Chartwells Higher Education, contributing to $1.5 billion in revenue. Susan also served as Corporate Executive Chef for Southern Foodservice Management, Inc., where culinary concepts were developed for various foodservice contracts.
