Lily Ng has a wealth of experience in the hospitality and food industries. Lily began their career in 1987 as a Hotel Operations and Consultant for Hilton, PWC, and PKF Consulting. Lily then moved to Security Capital Group and Belmont Village in 1998 as a Chairman Associate. In 2000, they joined PricewaterhouseCooper as an Associate Director, and in 2002, they became Vice President of Management Operations for Presidian. In 2005, they joined Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels as an Executive Vice President. In 2012, they were appointed President of Caesars Global Living Asia. In 2016, they founded Food's Future Global, Hong Kong's first summit on food's future and sustainability. In 2020, they joined Sunny World Investment & Development Corp. as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Board of Management. Most recently, they have been the Chief Executive Officer and Board Director of Foodie Group Limited since 2014. During their time at Foodie, they have transformed the company's print-base model into a digital content media platform with a strong pulse on food and dining trends. Lily has won multiple accolades for their work, including Best Use of Technology, Best On-Line Community, Best Re-launch, and Best Magazine by Sparks Media Awards.
Lily Ng attended the University of Houston from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Lily then attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1997 to 1998, where they obtained a Master of Science in Real Estate Development. Lily also attended St. Mary's Canossian College, where they obtained an O-Level.
