Peter Chouinard

Peter Chouinard has extensive experience as a Consulting CFO and advisor for startups and companies, providing financial and operational insights to ease growing pains and scale. Peter has held various roles at Burkland, including Senior Principal and Managing Director in the Consumer Group. Currently, they hold a Consulting CFO role at SNOW Diamonds, WellTheory, Fig - Food Is Good, and RevTech360. Peter also serves as an Advisory Board Member for Replay Esports Inc., Hemisphere Wine Company, and an Advisor for Recreate Foods. In the past, they held Operating Partner, President, and Advisor / Consultant roles at Bluxome Street Winery, in addition to serving as Consulting CFO at Carma Project, Inc. from 2021 to 2023.

Peter Chouinard has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in General Business and Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Peter also has a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a Master of Science degree in Finance from Bentley University's McCallum Graduate School of Business. Additionally, they completed the Directors' College program at Stanford Law School, the CFM98 Executive Corporate Financial Management Program at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and received their high school diploma from Boston College High School. Chouinard has also obtained several certifications in wine and spirit education through organizations such as WSET and the Society of Wine Educators.
