Manon M. has a diverse work experience beginning in 2010. Manon started their career as a Maître d'hôtel at Chez Olivier Le Bistrot. In 2012, they became a Sous-Chef at La Cagouille Restaurant. In 2010, they were a Commercial Trainee at Panier des Halles Caterer. In 2013, they began a Management Trainee Program at Edwardian Hotels London, where they held roles as an Assistante Directeur Food & Beverage, Directrice des Opérations Food & Beverage, and Directrice des Opérations Food & Beverage. Finally, in 2016, they became Responsable de Développement at MRS Groupe, and in 2018, they became Manager of Sales at Foodles.
Manon M. began their education in 2005 when they obtained their Baccalauréat from Lycée Hôtelier de Toulouse. Manon then attended Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a DUT Tecnhiques de Commercialisation in Business/Commerce, General. In 2011, Manon M. completed a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Leisure and Events from the University of the Sunshine Coast. Manon also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management of Tourism and Services from Groupe Sup de Co La Rochelle in 2013.
