Stratos Kontopoulos is a Knowledge Graph Engineer at Foodpairing AI, specializing in AI-driven solutions focusing on food, flavor, and nutrition since August 2022. Previously, Stratos served as a Knowledge Scientist at Catalink Ltd, where expertise encompassed ontology engineering and data ingestion.
