Joanna Chou

Joanna Chou is an experienced data analyst currently serving as Data Analyst II in the CEO office at foodpanda since May 2023, focusing on the performance tracking and analysis of Pandabox. Prior to this role, Joanna worked at Shopee from February 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included logistics performance reporting and analysis of return fees. Previous experience also includes roles as a Business Analyst and Automation Engineer at Shopee, a Management Associate at CTBC Financial Holding Co., Ltd, where Joanna successfully raised the usage rate of digital customer service, and a Summer Intern at Cathay Securities Corporation, where data visualization efforts were implemented. Joanna holds a Master’s degree in Finance from National Chengchi University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from National Taiwan University.
