Abishek Wilson is a culinary professional with over 4.5 years of experience in Japanese cuisine and various kitchen roles. Currently serving as a Demi Chef De Partie at Foods Gate Company since August 2023, previous experience includes working as a Sushi Chef at Food International from November 2018 to August 2023, where responsibilities included preparing traditional sushi and training commis chefs. Abishek began as a Commis Chef at Basil With A Twist, managing the pizza section and assisting in the preparation of pizzas and breads.
