Jenny Gibson

Jenny Gibson has extensive experience in the food industry. Jenny has worked as a Lead Quality & Technical Manager at Foodstuffs Own Brands Ltd since 2020. Prior to that, they were self-employed as a food safety consultant at Ticking All the Boxes - Food Safety Consulting from 2016 to 2020. Jenny also held the position of QA Manager at Venerdi from 2015 to 2016 and was responsible for the company's Food Safety and Organic Programs. Jenny worked as a Business Manager at William Aitken & Co Ltd from 2011 to 2015, where they ensured regulatory compliance of food and non-food grocery products. Jenny also has experience as a Commercial Insights Manager at Strikeforce New Zealand from 2007 to 2011, where they assisted with compliance and technical issues. Before that, they worked at Daymon Worldwide from 2001 to 2006, serving as a Business Manager and later as a QA Technologist/QA Manager/Senior QA Manager (Australasia), where they managed the quality program for private label grocery products.

Jenny Gibson pursued their Master of Professional Studies degree in Food Safety at The University of Auckland from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, between 1983 and 1987, they obtained a M.Sc. (Hons) in Organic Chemistry.
