Currently serving as the Executive Chef and President of Research & Development at Mercuri Cuisine since July 2018, Angelo also holds the position of Director of Operations and Brand Owner at Foodtastic since January 2018. As the Founder, Brand Leader, and Executive Chef of Bacaro Pizzeria since March 2014, and the Executive Chef/Owner of Vago Italien since January 2004, Angelo has demonstrated a strong commitment to culinary excellence and innovative restaurant management.
