Laura Rovizzi

Laura Rovizzi has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Laura co-founded Open Gate Italia in 2007 and served as CEO. Laura is currently a co-founder at FoolFarm, the first AI-Centric Startup Studio in Italy, where they act as an Idea Factory, developing and growing new startups. Laura is also an Independent Board Director at TINEXTA S.P.A. and DBA. Laura serves as an Independent Board Director at Eurotech until 2023. From 2015 to 2018, they were an Independent Board Member and President of the Remuneration & Nomination Committee at Retelit. Laura has also held positions at EOLO S.p.A. as VP of Marketing & Sales and Senior Advisor Strategy, where they played a key role in product creation, brand implementation, and strategic planning. Laura was a Member of the Board at Tivuitalia S.p.A. in 2013. Earlier in their career, Laura worked at Wind, where they held various positions including VP of Strategic Planning and Regulation, Director of Mobile Data and Multimedia Services, and Head of Regulatory Affairs. Before that, they worked at Olivetti as the Head of Strategy and Regulation for Telemedia in 1996.

Laura Rovizzi pursued their education in a chronological manner. Laura first attended Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Sciences & Economics. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Exeter from 1989 to 1990, completing a Master's degree in Economics & Competition Law.
