Umi Nur Fadila

Umi Nur Fadila is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth management and business operations. Currently serving as Growth Manager and Head of Business Operations at FOOM LAB GLOBAL since February 2020, Umi has demonstrated strong leadership skills. Previously, Umi held multiple positions at BPJS Kesehatan from January 2016 to August 2020, including IT Governance & Service Management, where Umi provided IT service management guidelines based on ISO standards, developed ITSM schemes, and led a successful ISO certification project. Umi's experience also includes a role as Database Specialist, where significant achievements in membership acquisition were recorded. Additionally, Umi worked as a Business Analyst at LEMIGAS Research and Development Center, leading projects that resulted in major operational cost reductions. Umi holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya.
