Lisa Kraska

Lisa Kraska is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people services. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Foot Locker since August 2024, Lisa previously held significant roles at P3 Health Partners, including Vice President Head of People Services and Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Total Rewards. Prior to that, Lisa was the Vice President of Talent at Baylor Scott & White Health, where innovations in talent management strategies were initiated. Additional experience includes a long tenure at Optum, culminating as Vice President of Talent Acquisition, and earlier roles in recruiting management at Deloitte Consulting, Promissor, Paragon Data Systems, and Desaulniers MacLeod. Lisa holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Iowa and completed a leadership program at the Intermountain Healthcare Leadership Institute. Certifications include ACC and SHRM-SCP.
