Pamela Kaye

Pamela Kaye is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications, employee engagement, and digital strategy. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Internal Communications at Foot Locker, Pamela focuses on enhancing channel strategy and executing communications that reflect corporate values. Formerly, as Senior Account Supervisor at Edelman, Pamela specialized in internal and enterprise communications for large organizations, while also mentoring teams. At Integral, LLC, Pamela designed and led digital marketing training, and advocated for social responsibility initiatives. Additional roles include significant contributions at Biden for President and Anne Lewis Strategies, where Pamela developed comprehensive training programs and digital strategies. Pamela holds a Master's Degree in Communication, Culture, and Technology from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s Degree with Honors in Psychology from the University of Chicago.
