Marc Canham

Marc Canham is a seasoned football professional currently serving as the Director of Football for the Football Association of Ireland since August 2022, overseeing the development of Irish Football from grassroots to international levels. Prior to this role, Marc held significant positions at the Premier League from August 2013 to August 2022, including Director of Coaching, where responsibilities focused on the strategic development of coaching within the English Football Professional Game. Other roles at the Premier League included Integrated Coaching Board member and Head of Coaching. Marc's extensive career also encompasses experience as a mentor with Women Ahead, coaching roles at The Football Association, and coaching positions at various clubs such as Bristol City and Bristol Rovers. As an England Futsal player, Marc earned 38 international caps. Marc holds a BA HONS in Coach Education and Sport Development from the University of Bath.
