Andrew Thomas

Andrew Thomas is an experienced professional in sports management and education, currently serving as Programme Director for the Sports Portfolio at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, where responsibilities include curriculum design and stakeholder engagement. Andrew has lectured on various topics such as Marketing and Sports Management at multiple academic levels and holds a significant role in youth development through the West Wales Girls Development Centre. Previous positions include Head Coach for Wales ACF, Player Development Officer for the WRU, and Competitions Coordinator at Ospreys Rugby, all contributing to extensive experience in player and pathway development. Andrew’s educational background includes an MBA and a PGCE, complemented by various qualifications in business and sports management.
