Guillem Balague

Guillem Balague is an experienced football professional with a diverse background in journalism, broadcasting, and leadership. Since October 2014, Balague has served as Chairman of Biggleswade United Football Club while also holding the position of Patron at Football Beyond Borders since September 2014. A freelance journalist, author, and broadcaster since January 2008, Balague has established a notable career that includes serving as a Spanish football Expert for Sky Sports from 1997 until August 2018 and as Football Correspondent for the Observer and Guardian from 2001 to 2004. Balague's academic background includes a degree from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where studies were completed from 1986 to 1991.
