Syreeta Allen

Syreeta Allen is an experienced professional currently serving as the Strategy Director at Axiom Maths and as a Board Trustee for Football Beyond Borders. Previously, Syreeta held several key positions at King's College London, including Associate Director of Education Transformation, where responsibilities included co-leading a strategic programmes office and overseeing significant educational transformation efforts, as well as managing a team of 21 project practitioners. Syreeta has a strong background in change management, having created strategies to address educational gaps and enhance student outcomes. Additional past roles encompass change and inclusion consulting with Citizens UK, educational programming at the Black Cultural Archives, and teaching further education at Lambeth College. Syreeta’s educational credentials include a B.A. in History and Spanish from the University of Birmingham and a PGCE from the University of Greenwich.
