Aaron Cheung

Aaron Cheung is an experienced professional currently serving as a Client Engagement Officer in International Transparency at the Australian Taxation Office, specializing in the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) obligations. With a background in law and policy design, compliance, and tax assurance, Aaron has held various roles within the organization since August 2016. In addition to a successful career in taxation, Aaron has made significant contributions to youth football as a coach and technical director for multiple clubs, alongside instructing C License courses. Educationally, Aaron holds a Master's Degree in Finance from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Melbourne, complemented by an exchange program focused on European Union Law and Commerce.
