Gordon MacKay

Gordon Mackay possesses extensive experience in the food service and transportation industries. Currently serving as a Coach Operator at Foothill Transit since May 2014, Gordon has also held significant leadership roles, including Food Service Assistant General Manager and General Manager at Transition since February 2013, and First Assistant Manager at Islands Fine Burgers and Drinks from February 2010 to January 2013. Former experience includes General Manager positions at Black Angus Steakhouse (2006-2009) and Coco's Restaurant (1995-2002), as well as Assistant General Manager at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill and Bar (2002-2006). Gordon holds an Associate of Science degree in Food Service/Hospitality Management from Cypress College and a high school diploma from Woodrow Wilson High School.
