Lauren Cairo

Lauren Cairo, PT, DPT is a dedicated physical therapist with a focus on treating overhead athletes and women's health. Currently serving at Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy since May 2022, Lauren previously worked at Athletico from July 2020 to May 2022. Lauren holds certification in Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Training and has completed multiple clinical rotations during doctoral studies, gaining experience in outpatient, acute care, and various orthopedic and neurological conditions. Lauren earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rockhurst University in 2020 and a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise from the same institution in 2017. Additionally, Lauren was a Graduate Assistant Coach at Rockhurst University, fostering teamwork and leading athlete training sessions.
