Laura Marshall

Laura Marshall is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Foothold Technology, where tenure spans from September 2003 to the present. Prior roles at Foothold Technology include Senior Success Manager, Senior Project Manager, Customer Success and Implementation Manager, and Customer Support Generalist during the company's early days. Prior to this, Laura held the position of Program Assistant at Living Cities from September 2001 to August 2003, and served as Regional Coordinator for East Africa at Global Education Partnership from August 1998 to July 2000. Earlier experience includes being a Peace Corps Volunteer from June 1996 to May 1998 and working as an Editorial Assistant for American Ethnologist at Harvard University from January 1994 to June 1996. Laura holds a Master of Science in Public and Urban Policy from The New School's Milano School, a Master of Theological Studies in World Religions from Harvard Divinity School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Wesleyan University.
