Scott Silverstein

Scott Silverstein has a strong background in the energy industry, primarily focusing on regulatory affairs and strategy. Scott began their career in 1993 as an Associate at Newman & Holtzinger, where they worked until 1994. Scott then moved to Hogan & Hartson, where they continued as an Associate until 2001. During this time, they gained valuable experience in legal matters related to the energy sector. In 2001, Silverstein joined Sithe Energies, Inc. as the VP and Chief Regulatory & Asset Optimization Counsel, a role they held until 2005. Scott then transitioned to K Road Power Management LLC, where they served as the Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs until 2008. Following this, they became the President of Energy Market Strategy Group LLC from 2008 to 2009. In 2010, Silverstein assumed the position of President & COO at Footprint Power LLC, a role they currently hold. Throughout their career, Silverstein has demonstrated expertise in regulatory affairs, strategy development, and leadership.

Scott Silverstein earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Boston University between 1987 and 1990. Following that, they attended Georgetown University Law Center from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained their JD degree.
