Kristy Caylor is currently the CEO at For Days, but they have also previously been the Co-Founder at CERCI Collective and the President, Creative Director, and Co-Founder at Maiyet. At CERCI Collective, they developed technology to better connect customers and brands with the ultimate goal of driving efficiency and sustainability in the fashion industry. At Maiyet, they successfully shifted the industry's perspective of mission driven brands from one of philanthropy to one of aesthetics and fashion. Kristy also launched in Barneys, sold to Neiman Marcus, Saks and Net-a-Porter with acknowledgement in global publications including Vogue, WWD, The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, ELLE, and NY Magazine. Before all of this, they were the Japan Senior Director at DMM Banana Republic.
Kristy Caylor received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University, an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business, and a Fashion Design Certificate from Otis College of Art and Design.
