Peter Jacobs

Located in Perth, Australia, Mr. Jacobs joined the company in February 2010, and is responsible for Foraco’s activities in the Asia Pacific Region. He has 30 years experience in mineral drilling operations. Prior to joining Foraco, Mr. Jacobs was General Manager of Reflex Instruments (2006 to 2008), the leading provider of downhole instrumentation to the global mineral exploration community. From 1989 to 2006 Mr. Jacobs held senior management positions with Boart Longyear in Australia and Canada, including Director of Business Development, Manager of the Australian and Canadian Drilling Services Divisions, and General Manager of Operations for the Americas. Pre Boart Longyear, Mr. Jacobs worked for an Australian Drilling Services company based in Kalgoorlie. Mr. Jacobs has completed the Program for Executive Development in Lausanne, Switzerland, and holds a mechanical trade qualification.
