Donald Sylvester

Donald Sylvester is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and consulting, currently serving as Principal at Banister International since October 2011. Banister International is recognized for its commitment to ethics, performance, and transparency in executive searches. Additionally, Donald co-founded WNDC in February 2016. Previous roles include Key Account Manager at MillerCoors between February 2005 and September 2011, and Manager at Old Chicago Restaurants from September 1999 to February 2005.
