Joanne Pickering

Joanne Pickering has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of HR, Training & Quality at Forbes Solicitors since February 2000, where support is provided to the senior management team and clients in HR matters. Joanne also functions as a Lancashire LEAP HR Coach, delivering training to assist businesses in navigating employment law compliance. Prior to this role, Joanne was the Head of HR, Training & Quality at Forbes, overseeing HR and training for a workforce of 320 across multiple locations. Joanne's earlier experience includes serving as Project Co-ordinator for European Projects at Burnley College, where project milestones and government spending were managed. Educational accomplishments include an MBA from Open University, focused on various strategic disciplines, and a BA Hons in Business Studies with a concentration on HR and related fields from the University of Central Lancashire.
