Gwenyth Sword

Gwenyth Sword is an experienced server and bartender at Forbidden Root since August 2022, adept at translating elevated culinary offerings into accessible language for enhanced customer experiences. Additionally, Gwenyth served as an undergraduate research assistant and UX designer at DePaul University from January to June 2023, where a user-centered website for drag bingo oral history was developed, emphasizing usability and accessibility. Gwenyth holds a Bachelor of Science in User Experience Design from DePaul University (2020-2023) and an Associate's degree in Industrial and Product Design from City Colleges of Chicago-Harold Washington College (2018-2019).
