Crcm Heather Smith

Heather Smith has worked in the banking industry for over a decade. Heather started their career at Atlantic Union Bank in 2010 as a Compliance Officer and later became a Consumer Banking Risk Manager. In 2022, they joined Forbright Bank as the Director of Consumer Compliance.

Heather Smith, CRCM attended Averett University from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. Heather has additional certifications including being a Certified Enterprise Risk Professional, obtained from the American Bankers Association in October 2021, and a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), obtained from the American Bankers Association in November 2014.
