W. Conner Ayers

W. Conner Ayers has a diverse work experience. W. Conner started in 2012 as a Business Intelligence Analyst/Research Analyst at AMSEC LLC, where they focused on financial statement analysis, market analysis, and business development research. W. Conner also had a role at a subsidiary of Huntington Ingalls Inc via Strom Engineering, where they continued to work as a Business Intelligence Analyst/Research Analyst with an emphasis on market research and analysis, data mining, and proposal preparation. In 2014, Ayers joined Capital One as an Associate, handling underwriting and management of asset-based and cash flow security alarm-based credits. W. Conner was responsible for creating approval memos, screening new deals, and generating cash flow forecasts. Ayers then transitioned to Forbright Bank in 2021, where they currently work as an Associate in Lender Finance.

W. Conner Ayers attended Poquoson High School from 2006 to 2010. After completing high school, they enrolled at the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech from 2010 to 2014. During their time at Virginia Tech, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, with a focus on Corporate Finance and Investment Management.
