Jennifer Bilyou has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 30 years. Jennifer began their career at Procter & Gamble in 1990, where they held various roles in business development, marketing, strategy, and planning. During their time at P&G, Jennifer successfully led multiple initiatives and generated significant sales revenue for the company.
In 2008, Jennifer transitioned to the role of Senior Category Account Executive at P&G, where they managed the business development and sales of the surface care category. Jennifer introduced new products, expanded the brand's presence in new channels, and targeted marketing to reach new consumer segments.
After leaving P&G, Jennifer joined dunnhumby in 2013 as a Senior Director of Business Development. In this role, they focused on global collaboration, partnership and client development to drive regional and global revenue. Jennifer also managed a sales team and oversaw the execution of various marketing projects for key clients.
In 2016, Jennifer joined RGP as a Managing Director and later became a Vice President. Jennifer was responsible for defining the vision and setting the strategy for RGP's New England consulting practice. Jennifer successfully delivered on sales and profit goals, developed partnerships, and led strategic discussions at the C-suite level of clients.
Jennifer then moved to Mastermind.com in 2020 as a Success Coach before transitioning to their most recent role as the VP of Commercial Sales at Force of Nature Clean.
Jennifer Bilyou pursued their education at Auburn University from 1986 to 1990, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
