Wesley Baron

Wesley Baron is the CEO and Founder of AVM Investments Limited, a London-based venture capital firm specializing in start-up financing and investments in established companies and private equity. Since April 2016, Wesley has also held various investment roles at multiple firms, including Octopus Ventures, MMC Ventures, Hambro Perks, and Fuel Ventures, alongside serving as an Investor and Board Member at Force Over Mass and a Founding Investor at the 1941 Chairmans Club. Previously, Wesley worked as an Asset Manager at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, where responsibilities included restructuring UK and Irish property portfolios and overseeing derivative products, and as part of the Standard Life International team, focusing on offshore investment products and pension-related property management. Wesley holds a BBS (hons) in Business from Limerick Institute of Technology and completed high school at The Kings Hospital/Villiers.
