Joaquin Paladino

Joaquin Paladino has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Joaquin currently works at ForceManager as a Software Solutions Architect, starting in May 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Project Manager at ForceManager from January 2021 to May 2022.

Before joining ForceManager, Joaquin worked at Toyota Latin America and Caribbean for a significant period of time. Joaquin served as a Regional Product Manager from December 2015 to August 2020, where they were responsible for strategic and tactical coordination of the Commercial Vehicle Portfolio. Joaquin'stasks included market and customer analysis, product concept development, launching coordination, and performance tracking. Joaquin also supported limited series development and customer claims analysis.

At Toyota, Joaquin also held the role of Project Engineer from December 2011 to December 2015. In this position, they focused on parts technical development, meeting production deadlines, and cost targets. Joaquin was also involved in Kaizen activities and provided support in vehicle evaluations.

During their time at Universidad Austral, Argentina, Joaquin worked as a Teacher Aide from August 2012 to December 2016, where they assisted in teaching responsibilities.

Joaquin has past experience as a Technical Metrologist / QMS Administrator at the Metrology Laboratory (Austral University) from April 2009 to December 2011.

Furthermore, they completed an internship in Quality Assurance at Volkswagen from March 2011 to August 2011 and an internship in Product Development at KREO SA from March 2005 to August 2007.

Overall, Joaquin Paladino has gained significant expertise in software architecture, project management, product management, engineering, teaching, metrology, and quality assurance throughout their career.

Joaquin Paladino's education history begins in 2004 when they attended the Universidad Austral in Buenos Aires, where they obtained an Engineer's degree in Industrial studies and completed their studies in 2010. In 2014, Joaquin completed a Diplomatura in Industrial Management at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.

In 2016, Joaquin pursued a Diplomatura in Commercialization, also at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires. Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, they attended the EADA Business School, where they obtained an Executive Master in Marketing & Commercial Management.

In addition to their educational background, Joaquin Paladino has obtained several certifications. In June and September 2021, they received Certificación PMF (Fundamentos PMBOK®) and Preparación Oficial de la Certificación PMP®-PMI®, respectively, from the EIGP, Escuela Internacional de Gestión de Proyectos. Furthermore, in November 2021, Joaquin earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
