Robert Brooks

Robert Brooks has work experience spanning over a decade in various roles and industries. Robert is the Founder and CEO of Forcen since December 2015. Previously, they were the Co-Founder and CTO of MagniWare Ltd from April 2014 to May 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Medical Device Designer at The Hospital for Sick Children from May 2011 to August 2012. Before that, they gained experience as a Control Systems Designer at Pharmatrust from September 2010 to December 2010. Prior to this, they worked as an Electrical/Computer Engineer at Lutron Electronics from January 2010 to April 2010. Robert also worked at Algoma Steel Inc. as an Electrical Engineering Co-op Student from September 2008 to December 2008 and at TRIUMF as a Safety Systems Group Technician from January 2008 to April 2008. Robert's work experience showcases their skills and expertise in areas such as entrepreneurship, technology development, medical device design, control systems, and electrical engineering.

Robert Brooks earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Honours Mechatronics Engineering Co-op from the University of Waterloo, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. After that, they pursued further education at the University of Toronto, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2012 to 2015.
