Hank Bond

Hank Bond has extensive executive experience, having worked as the Co-CEO & Co-Founder of ForceNow, LLC, Principal at Bond Enterprise Group, LLC, SVP of Strategy and Business Development, and Senior VP of Operations at root9B. Hank also served in the US Navy for over 30 years, where they drove nuclear submarines, operated and defended Navy and joint information technology networks, and held senior positions such as Rear Admiral, CIO, and Chief Information Security Officer. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Cyberspace Operations at North American Aerospace Defense Command & US Northern Command and as the Director of Communications and Information Systems (J6) and CIO at United States Forces-Iraq. Mr. Bond's other positions include Chief of Naval Operations Fellow at the CNO Strategic Studies Group and various roles at Commander Naval Forces Europe/Africa & Commander 6th Fleet and Navy Staff N6 Communications Networks (Pentagon).

Hank Bond has a diverse education history. Hank obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the United States Naval Academy. Later, they earned a Master's Degree in Engineering Management (MEM) from The George Washington University. Hank also completed a Master's Degree in National Strategic Resources from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy. Moreover, they received a Certificate in Strategic Thinking from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
