Aman Thareja

Aman Thareja is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and management across the technology and defense sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director for Forcepoint in India and South Asia since January 2023, Thareja focuses on developing winning teams and channel partnerships. Prior roles include Director of Sales at VMware, where responsibilities encompassed leading regional commercial business, managing public sector initiatives, and helping clients realize their multi-cloud strategies. As Director of Public Sector and Enterprise Sales at Symantec, Thareja defined sales strategies for key enterprise accounts and drove business in the government sector across India and the SAARC region. Experience also includes senior sales roles at Cisco, Wipro Infotech, and a military career with the Indian Navy, complemented by a strong educational background, including a PGCPM from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
