Neil Senior is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer success, technical support, and service management across various technology companies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Technical Support and Escalation Management at Forcepoint since January 2024, Neil previously held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Balbix, where responsibilities included maximizing customer value and aligning services with customer journeys. With a strong track record in leadership roles at companies such as Brightcove, Mimecast, Actiance, Avid Technology, EMC, Aruba Networks, and RSA, Neil has consistently focused on enhancing customer satisfaction, strategic planning, and driving revenue growth. Neil holds a BS in Management from Lesley University and an ASEE in Electronics Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
