Shay Scarlat

Shay Scarlat has extensive experience in software engineering and management, currently serving as the Director of Software Escalations at Forcepoint since January 2016, following progressive roles including Senior Manager, Manager of Software Engineering, and Lead Technical Escalation Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as a Technical Escalation Engineer at Websense from September 2013 to January 2016 and earlier roles as System Administrator and Computer Instructor in the Israel Defense Forces from April 2008 to July 2013. Shay Scarlat holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The College of Management Academic Studies, completed in 2016, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from the same institution, earned in 2015.
