Felix Steinkamp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilitation, strategy consulting, and marketing. Currently serving as a Sidekick & Facilitator and a founding member of ForChiefs Alliance since September 2017, Felix is part of an international network focused on fostering change through experienced coaching and facilitation. Additional roles include founding member of Shift Collective, strategy consultant for virblatt GmbH, and online marketing manager at DTRE, alongside earlier experience at Axel Springer SE as a Medienkaufmann and as a working student at volders GmbH. Felix's educational background includes coaching certification from Coaching Akademie Berlin and studies at FernUniversität in Hagen and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, complemented by ongoing training as an honorary hospice companion with Hoffnungstaler Stiftung Lobetal.
