Jeremy Grassi has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jeremy started their career at MetroShoe Warehouse as a Sales Lead in 2013, where they focused on achieving sales goals, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in merchandising. In 2015, they joined EXPRESS as a Co Manager, responsible for running the day-to-day business, ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and maintaining visual standards.
After five years at EXPRESS, Jeremy worked at Heartland as a Cross Sell Relations Manager for a brief period in 2020. Jeremy then joined Amazon as an Amazon Inventory team member, contributing to inventory management and control. Currently, they work at Ford Audio-Video as the Customer Care Advocate, starting in June 2021 and eventually progressing to the role of Customer Care Manager in February 2022.
Jeremy Grassi attended the University of Central Oklahoma from 2017 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Marketing.
