Lara Lane

Lara Lane has extensive experience at Ford Motor Company, serving in various leadership roles since June 1998, including Principal Architect for Enterprise Architecture and Senior Manager for BEV Integrated Plant Launch. Notable achievements include spearheading technology strategies for marketing, sales, service, and consumer experience, as well as managing product strategies for Global Order to Delivery. Lara has also contributed to software development, infrastructure solutions, and lean manufacturing processes across Ford’s operations. In addition to a strong career at Ford, Lara is currently a Member at Large on the Executive Committee for the Michigan Council of Women in Technology Foundation. Educational credentials include a BBA from the University of Michigan and an MSE in Information Systems and Technology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
