Simon Fones is a seasoned design professional currently serving as the Head of Design for Ford of Europe since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as the Experience Design & Shopper Director for The Coca-Cola Company and the Experience Design Director for Jaguar Land Rover at Accenture Song, where Simon led global digital initiatives. Previously, Simon held the position of Experience Design Director at Spark44, which later became part of Accenture Song. Earlier career experience encompasses senior and art director roles at Cogent, ThreesCo, TMP Worldwide, and Greenwell&Co. Simon holds a Design Studies BA (Hons) from the University of Wolverhampton and completed a program at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership in 2018.
