Tilda Bihl

Tilda Bihl currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at Forefront Consulting since October 2021, bringing extensive experience in organizational administration. Prior to this role, Tilda worked as an Executive Assistant at Forefront Consulting Group from May 2009 to November 2015 and served as a Coordinator in IT Management at Connecta from June 2007 to April 2009. Notably, Tilda began the professional journey at SSG Agency & Management Ltd as a Coordinator from April 2002 to March 2003. Academically, Tilda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Vasa University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2007, and a secondary education diploma from Vasa Övningsskolas Gymnasium, earned in 2002.
