Wim van Den Dam

Wim van den Dam currently serves as a Werk-leermeester at Forensisch centrum Teylingereind, focusing on providing educational and work training opportunities for students in a juvenile justice setting since November 2013. Previous experience includes working as a Werkmeester in a penitentiary, where guidance and motivation were provided to inmates in their work assignments, and a range of roles at Norske Skog from 1987 to 2010, including Advisor to the Works Council and various logistics-related positions. Additionally, Wim holds multiple qualifications in operational safety, machinery operation, and crisis management, including a special certification as an extraordinary enforcement officer.
