Victoria Cabon

Victoria Cabon has an extensive professional background, currently serving as Responsable des opérations at Forentem - Empower The People since October 2024, and as Actionnaire at Voxe since November 2022, where the focus is on aiding millennial women in achieving gender equality through education. Previously, Victoria held the position of Operation Manager at Check & Visit from December 2022 to January 2025, and was responsible for operational management at L'Autre École from February 2021 to September 2022, overseeing process improvement and project management. Early career roles included project assistant positions at GRTgaz and CABANES INDUSTRIES, in addition to temporary roles at CIC and JEAN HENAFF SAS. Victoria holds a Master’s degree in Innovation from Ecole Nationale Supérieure en Génie des Systèmes et de l'Innovation and another from IAE Nancy School of Management.
